Free Survey, Risk Assessment and Quotation
If you call us for an alarm quotation we will send out an engineer to your home/premises. We do not send out sales representatives as
we believe that only an engineer is qualified to design the required layout of an alarm system. The engineer will carry out a full risk assessment and design the system so that entry points and areas in your property that are of risk are covered by the alarm system sensors and components. The risk assessment also highlights how the alarm system is to be programmed correctly. An alarm system installed without a survey and risk assessment could be easily overcome by an intruder as the system would be incorrectly designed and installed. Eg, If the electrical load of sensors and components connected to the alarm panel are not calculated correctly the power supply could fail and the backup battery may not supply the required back up time as required by EN50131 regulations. Only a trained engineer will know about these and many other important design factors so do not take any risks when it comes to the design and installation of an alarm system.
The engineer will explain the design of the system to you and the reasons for the location of sensors and components. You will also be asked for your input regarding the main entry/exit points of your home or premises and the placement of any remote keypads used to set and unset the system.
We will show you the various systems that we install and give you a demonstration on how they are operated as we have full working models of our systems.
We will then calculate the cost of the fully installed alarm system and give you the quotation. The price quoted will be the final price you will pay, there are no hidden extras or surprises later. After we quote we will not annoy you with any nuisance follow up calls as we do not believe in this practice.
